JCM Solutions Group was founded to help mission-driven organizations turn complex data, community needs, and promising ideas into practical strategies and stronger programs. Our founder brings more than 20 years of experience across public health, healthcare, nonprofit, government, and community systems, with graduate-level expertise in public health, epidemiology, health informatics, and social work.

 

Our work combines data analysis, program development, project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, evaluation, survey research, data visualization, geospatial mapping, and bilingual Spanish-language engagement. We collaborate with nonprofits, public agencies, healthcare organizations, coalitions, funders, and community partners to create solutions that are informed by evidence, grounded in community experience, and designed for implementation.
